Our team of 29 people operate nationwide dealing with Local Exhaust Ventilation equipment and its statutory requirements. A function of our business is to carry out statutory Local Exhaust Ventilation tests to improve Health and Safety equipment in workplaces (occupational hygiene) and ensure workers are not exposed to hazardous fumes and dusts which can affect their health (Asthma, COPD, Cancer). We operate in a diverse range of applications including Nuclear sites, Airports, Manufacturing, Education and Small businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive and input data to the company database
- Compile legal reports which are to be sent to customers
- Liaise with new and existing customers and give excellent customer service
- Be the first point of contact when our company receives enquiries
- Forward enquiries to the relevant staff member within the company
- Contribute positively to your own personal development
- Credit control, specifically account receivable and assisting the Finance Manager
Salary from £24,000 which will increase to match your progression.
Attendance allowance of £50 per month paid annually in November when you have not had an unauthorized absence. Which would total an extra £600.
Annual Holiday Entitlement is 20 days per annum (pro rata) plus statutory holidays, which will increase by an extra day's holiday for each continuous year of service following the first anniversary of employment and there after each January, up to a maximum of 5 additional day's per annum.
